Es ist soweit! Am 9. Juni erscheint das langersehnte Soloalbum von Rapper Busta Rhymes.Zählt man die Releases nicht dazu, hat es nun lange drei Jahre bis zum neuen Longplayer gedauert. „The Big Bang“ wird über das Label Aftermath / Interscope erscheinen.
Natürlich arbeitete Busta Rhymes in Sachen Beats nicht alleine am Album. Dr.Dre, Timbaland, Sha Money XL, Green Lantern, Jay Dilla, Swizz Beatz und will.i.am standen ihm hierbei tatkräftigzur Seite.
Auch bekommen alle Fans einige fette Gäste-Features wie Raekwon, Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry), Q-Tip, Missy Elliott, Stevie Wonder und Rick James auf die Ohren.
Auch Rapper Kollege Dr. Dre äußerte sich bereits zu Busta Rhymes neuem Album: „All of a sudden I’m hearing people in the streets talking about how Busta’s back. In my mind, he never left, and that’s why I wanted to fu*k with him in the first place. He’s got that drive, and he never stops trying to top himself. Anybody who knows Busta knows that he’s always gonna come with heat.“
